About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on active construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising subcontractors and crews, and ensuring work is completed according to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Role Overview:

As a Superintendent, you will manage on-site construction activities and work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong field supervision experience, operational coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction site activities and workforce operations

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

• Ensure work is performed according to drawings and project specifications

• Monitor construction schedules and maintain project timelines

• Enforce OSHA safety standards and site compliance requirements

• Conduct routine site inspections and quality control checks

• Resolve field issues and support efficient site operations

• Manage site logistics, materials, and workforce coordination

• Maintain daily reports, progress logs, and project documentation

• Support timely completion of construction milestones and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• 5–10 years of experience in construction field supervision

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site workflows

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices

• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
