About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager II to support the execution of commercial and infrastructure construction projects. This role involves managing project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and site operations while ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager II, you will work closely with senior management, site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have mid-to-senior level construction management experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage day-to-day construction project operations

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and quality standards

• Review project drawings, contracts, and technical specifications

• Track project milestones and prepare progress reports

• Identify and resolve operational or scheduling challenges

• Maintain project documentation, permits, and compliance records

• Support risk management and cost control initiatives

• Assist senior leadership in overall project execution and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 4–8 years of experience in construction project management

• Strong understanding of construction processes and field operations

• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management software and reporting systems
