About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations across commercial and infrastructure construction projects. This role is responsible for managing on-site execution, supervising construction teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead daily site operations and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and field personnel to maintain construction progress and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive field supervision experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex construction activities in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction site operations and workforce activities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project management teams

• Ensure work is executed according to project drawings and specifications

• Monitor project schedules and maintain construction timelines

• Enforce OSHA safety standards and site compliance requirements

• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards

• Resolve operational, scheduling, and field-related issues

• Manage site logistics, materials, and workforce coordination

• Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress records

• Support successful project delivery from mobilization to completion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• 8–15 years of experience in construction field supervision

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance practices

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Experience reading construction drawings and technical specifications
