About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and infrastructure construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within scope.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple project phases and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain project performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, operational oversight capabilities, and a proven background managing high-value construction projects in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end construction project execution from planning to closeout

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and operational timelines

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors

• Monitor project progress and resolve operational or technical challenges

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety standards

• Review contracts, technical drawings, and construction specifications

• Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders

• Oversee quality control, risk management, and cost control measures

• Maintain project documentation, permits, reports, and compliance records

• Support workforce planning and site coordination activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 8–15 years of experience in construction project management

• Proven experience managing commercial or infrastructure construction projects

• Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and project stakeholders

• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
