About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects across the United States. This role involves managing project execution from planning through completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently maintained.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, construction management experience, and the ability to manage multiple operational and technical activities in fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction project execution

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Track project progress and resolve operational or site-related issues

• Review drawings, contracts, and technical specifications

• Report project updates to stakeholders and management teams

• Maintain project documentation, permits, and site records

• Control project risks, timelines, and overall delivery performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management

• Strong understanding of construction processes and project execution

• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
