2.2. Candidate Services
Candidates may browse available opportunities, submit resumes, upload certifications, and apply for construction-related roles through our platform.

2.3. Recruitment Use Only
All information submitted through our platform will be used strictly for employment and recruitment purposes.

3. Employer Responsibilities

3.1. Employers must provide accurate and lawful job-related information, including role descriptions, qualifications, compensation details, and project requirements.

3.2. Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including workplace safety and non-discrimination regulations.

3.3. Employers agree that CatchUp Recruiting may promote and distribute job postings across recruitment channels and partner platforms to support hiring efforts.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

4.1. Candidates must provide accurate, current, and truthful information regarding employment history, certifications, qualifications, and work authorization.

4.2. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in removal from consideration or termination of access to our services.

4.3. Candidates acknowledge that their submitted information may be shared with potential employers for hiring and evaluation purposes.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

5.1. CatchUp Recruiting values the privacy of employers and candidates. Information collected through the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2. Personal and company data may be used for recruitment activities, including candidate matching, hiring coordination, and communication regarding job opportunities.

5.3. While reasonable security measures are maintained, CatchUp Recruiting cannot guarantee absolute protection of information transmitted online.

6. Fees & Payments

6.1. Certain employer services may involve service fees, placement fees, subscription plans, or premium recruitment services.

6.2. Fee structures and payment terms will be communicated separately before service activation.

6.3. Candidates are not charged for applying to jobs through our platform unless clearly stated otherwise.

7. Job Listings & Availability

7.1. CatchUp Recruiting does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or duration of job postings submitted by employers.

7.2. Employers are responsible for notifying us when positions are filled, paused, or cancelled.

7.3. We reserve the right to remove misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate job listings from the platform.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1. Our website may contain links to third-party websites, software platforms, or external recruitment systems. CatchUp Recruiting is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services.

8.2. Employment agreements, interviews, offers, and workplace conditions remain solely between employers and candidates.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. CatchUp Recruiting is not liable for hiring decisions, employment disputes, workplace incidents, candidate misconduct, project delays, or losses resulting from the use of our services.

9.2. We do not guarantee employment, candidate placement, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1. CatchUp Recruiting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

10.2. We may remove accounts, job postings, or candidate profiles that violate applicable laws or platform standards.

11. Indemnification
Employers and candidates agree to indemnify and hold harmless CatchUp Recruiting, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms
CatchUp Recruiting reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state regulations.
